Black & White IR - More trees. I shot this somewhere in Toronto, but I can't remember where. This was taken with my trusty Nikon FM. This photo's Flickr Page.
Auden in the Studio 1 - Taken with a Nikon FM in the studios at Ryerson about three years ago. I think this was Kodak T Max (ISO 400) developed in Dektol. It's amazing to me how much dust prints gather just sitting around. I had to remove a lot of dust in Photoshop, even after cleaning the image. I missed a few spots. This photo's Flickr Page.
Untitled - Another tree with bizarre post-processing. This image started out in the darkroom, taken with my trusty Nikon FM, and then I did some crazy Photoshopping, just for the sake experimentation. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
Trunk - I printed a copy of this in the darkroom years ago, but, for some reason, I decided to scan the negative on a flatbed scanner without a negative scanner. I guess I wanted a beat up and degraded look. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
Painted - This is from a lane that runs south of Bloor street in the Annex. Some signs indicate that these murals were part of a lane beautification program. There are more wild paintings like this. This photo's Flickr Page.
The Back Door - It just occurred to me that I have two other photos called Back Door, with the "the". I am runing out of titles. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
Branching Out - Taken in High Park with a Nikon FM, 50 mm lens and Kodak HEI High Speed Infrared film. I added a bit of a cross-processing effect. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
Route de Rail - The rail line looking south from Wallace, in the heart of the Wallace Film District. If you don't know what the Wallace Film District is, it's because it's an invention of Toronto Real Estate agent, who is trying to bring some cache to the last area of affordable housing in Toronto. Google the phrase "Wallace Film District" with quotes, and you'll only get three hits, all from real estate sites. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
3 of 3 - Me at Niagara Falls. clearly, I did not take this photo. I applied a bit of a blur filter, to soften my wrinkles and make me look younger. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
Graf & Garbage - More graffiti in some back lane. I took this a while back, and I can't remember where. I'll have to scan through the photos for context. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
100 - Since I can't really draw, I admire these large pieces scattered throughout the alleys and back streets. I have no idea what most of them mean. This photo's Flickr Page (with comments).
